My website has a page saying "This Account Has Been Suspended"!

If your hosting account has been suspended you will see this page in place of your existing web site as long as the domain name is currently registered.  I understand that time may be critical and you do not want your web site to be offline any longer that it has to be.  The most common reason for a web site to become suspended is a billing issue.  Other reasons might include a violation of the "Web Hosting Agreement" of your hosting account.  The quickest solution would be to log in to your Ginkis billing account and pay any outstanding invoices with a credit card.  If you see that it is an error in billing then please create a support account and submit a support ticket and the billing error will be resolved as soon as possible.

I appreciate the fact that Ginkis has been hosting your web site and would love to keep you as a customer!
